Workshop Description:

How many parents just want to feel like they're doing it “right”? How often do we find ourselves in those spaces of doubting our parenting decisions, or feeling guilty or even alone in this all?

Welcome to modern day parenting where we think about and feel ALL of the things!

In this workshop, parents with children from ages 2-6 years old, will be supported to share, process, and learn skills to support them on their parenting journey. We’ll explore your own parenting values in a supportive community of parents, discover ways to meaningfully connect with our children, and learn techniques to support you and your nervous system on this wild parenting ride!
